Anna M. Scalpati-Nevolo, 82, of Whiting, Manchester Twp., passed away Wednesday, Dec. 1, 2010. Born in Asbury Park, she lived in Neptune City prior to moving to Whiting in 1991. Anna was a Home Health Aid with Helping Hands from 1991 to present. She was a communicant of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton RC Church, Whiting. She was predeceased by her husband, Joseph C. Nevolo, Sr. in 1992. She is survived by three sons, Joseph C. Jr., James A., and John N. Nevolo.; seven brothers, Frank, Pete, Vic, Anthony, Louis, and Albert Scalpati; three sisters, Mary, Rose, and Jean; seven grandchildren, Jolina, Anthony, Zachary, Anton, Nico, Skylar, and Adrian; one great-grandchild, Makayla; and many Nieces & Nephews. Calling hours will be on Friday from 9:00 AM - 10:30 AM at the Manchester Memorial Funeral Home, 28 Schoolhouse Rd., Whiting, NJ. A Funeral Liturgy will be offered on Friday at 10:45 AM at the All Saints Chapel of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton RC Church, Whiting with Interment to follow in St. Joseph's Cemetery, Toms River, NJ.
