CAROLINE MARY CUNNINGHAM, 89, of Whiting, MANCHESTER, passed away Friday, April 11, at Community Medical Center in Toms River. Born in Richmond Hill, NY, Miss Cunningham lived in Norwalk, CT before moving to Whiting in 1999. She was a media analyst for Benton & Bowles in New York City, NY for 25 years, retiring in 1981. She graduated summa cum laude receiving her B.A. Degree from Adelphi University, Garden City, NY in 1941. She was a communicant of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church, Whiting. She is survived by three nieces, Frances Reeve of Whiting, Cynthia Bullen of Whiting and Angela David of Hamburg, Germany; one nephew, Benjamin Reeve of Hamburg, Germany. A Memorial Mass will be offered 11 a.m., Thursday, April 24 in the All Saints Chapel of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church, Whiting. Arrangements are under the direction of Manchester Memorial Funeral Home, Whiting. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Caroline's memory can be made to the American Cancer Society 1035 Hooper Avenue, Toms River, NJ 08753.
