JOHN E. BARTLEY, 78, of Whiting, MANCHESTER, NJ, passed away Friday, October, 2, 2009 at Community Medical Center in Toms River, NJ. Mr. Bartley was born in Woodside, Long Island, NY. He was an Accountant for the Engineering Firm of Parsons Brinkerhoff, New York City, NY. He was a US Army veteran of the Korean War. John is survived by his wife, Rose Marie; three daughters; Caryn, Diane,and Carolyn and four Grandchildren. Interment will be at Brig. Gen. William C. Doyle Veterans Memorial Cemetery, North Hanover Township, NJ on Monday, October 19, 2009 at 11:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Diabetes Association, Somerset NJ Office, 19 Schoolhouse Road, Somerset, NJ 08873 or the Susan G.
