JOHN E. BARTLEY, 78, of Whiting, MANCHESTER, NJ, passed away Friday, October, 2, 2009 at Community Medical Center in Toms River, NJ. Mr. Bartley was born in Woodside, Long Island, NY. He was an Accountant for the Engineering Firm of Parsons Brinkerhoff, New York City, NY. He was a US Army veteran of the Korean War. John is survived by his wife, Rose Marie; three daughters; Caryn, Diane,and Carolyn and four Grandchildren. Interment will be at Brig. Gen. William C.
