KATHERINE A. WEIMER, 79, of Whiting, MANCHESTER, died Wednesday, October 24, at Kimball Medical Center in Lakewood. She was a Production Worker for Western Union, Kearny, for 22 years. She was a communicant of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church, Whiting. Born in Uniontown, PA, she lived in Piscataway before moving to Whiting in 1993. She was predeceased by her husband, Paswell Weimer, in 1991 and her brother, Joseph Kuharik, in 2003. Surviving is one daughter, Karen Korzow of Palm Harbor, FL. Visitation will be from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m., Thursday at Manchester Memorial Funeral Home, 28 Schoolhouse Road, Whiting. A funeral mass will be offered at 10 a.m., Friday in the All Saints Chapel of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church, Whiting. Interment will follow in Fairview Cemetery, Westfield. In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to the American Lung Association of New Jersey, 1600 Route 22 East, Union, NJ 07083.
