Mary E. Sairrino, 96, of Whiting, Cedar Glen Lakes, passed away on Wednesday, April 21st, at Manchester Manor. Born in Salerno, Italy, and emigrated to the United States in 1913, and resided in Brooklyn, before moving to Whiting in 1996. She worked as a clerk for Commercial Factors Inc, for 20 years, retiring in 1975. Mary was a communicant of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church. Mary was predeceased by her husband, Frank in 1981. She is survived by her three daughters, Cecilia Rocco, Theresa Fasenella, and Frances Sairrino; her son, Frank J. Sairrino; four sisters, Margie Homan, Josephine Stavola, Louise Dispenza, and Jennie Capehart; 11 grandchildren, and 15 great-grandchildren. Relatives and friends may call from 2 to 4 pm and 7 to 9 pm on Friday, April 23rd and from 9 to 9:45 am on Saturday, April 24th, at Manchester Memorial Funeral Home, 28 Schoolhouse Rd, Whiting, NJ. A funeral liturgy will follow at 10 am, at the All Saints Chapel at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church, Whiting.
