ALICE AGNES SCHNEIDER, 69, of Whiting, Manchester, passed away Friday, Feb. 13, 2009, at home. She was born and raised in Tottenville, Staten Island, NY. She graduated from Tottenville High School, class of 1956. She moved to Whiting in 2002. There was nothing more important to Alice than her family. She was an avid Yankees fan. She was a communicant of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church, Whiting. She was predeceased by her sister, Marie Burke. Surviving are her husband of 47 years, Joseph; two sons, Joseph Michael and his wife Jeannette of East Windsor and Jeffrey John of Brick; two brothers, Lawrence Burke and John Burke; one sister, Kathleen Affinito and three grandchildren, Julianna, Jillian and Joseph. Arrangements are under the direction of Manchester Memorial Funeral Home, Whiting, NJ.
