Angie Bovera, 90, of Whiting, passed away on Saturday, February 26, 2011, at Community Medical Center, Toms River. Born in Paterson, and resided in Toms River and Whiting. Angie was a member of the Elks Lodge in Pompton Lakes, NJ. Angie was predeceased by her husband Maurice Manfra in 1972. She is survived by her daughter Alberta Feeney and her husband Jim of Naples, FL; a sister Anna Yodice; three grandchildren Sean Feeney of San Fransisco, CA, James Feeeney and his wife Natalie of Mammoth Lakes, CA, and Rory Feeney and his wife Gricel of Miami, FL; and four great-grandchildren Anya Marie, Maya Angelina, Seamus Charles, and Lia Marie. Visitation will be held from 2pm to 4pm, on Thursday, March 3, 2011, at Manchester Memorial Funeral Home, 28 Schoolhouse Rd, Whiting. A service will be held at 10am, on Friday, March 4, 2011, at the funeral home. Entombment will follow at Ocean County Memorial Park, Toms River. In lieu of flowers, donations in Angie's memory can be made to a charity of choice.
