Anna Golembuski, 97, of Manchester, passed away on Sunday, April 14, 2013 at the Arbors Care Center in Manchester. Born in Carteret, NJ, she lived in Irvington, NJ before moving to Crestwood Village V, Whiting in 1977. Anna was a claims adjuster for Prudential Insurance Co., Newark for several years. She was a member of the Residents Club and Ladies Club of Village V and was a communicant of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church, Whiting. She was predeceased by her husband, Steve in 1979. She is survived by two children, Joan Betz and her husband, Richard of Whiting and Steve Golembuski and his wife, Gaye of Hainesport; 4 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren. Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m., Wednesday, April 17th at Manchester Memorial Funeral Home, 28 Schoolhouse Road, Whiting. A Funeral Liturgy will be offered at 9 a.m., Thursday, April 18th at the All Saints Chapel of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church, Whiting. Interment will follow at Hollywood Memorial Park, Union.
