Annie A. Miranda, 78, of Whiting, formerly of Union, passed away on Saturday, March 12, 2011, at Overlook Hospital in Summit. Annie worked as a paralegal for Schering Plough. Annie was predeceased by her husband Roberto, her son Rammy, and her great-granddaughter Miranda Dougard. She is survived by her sons Bob and Rory; her daughter Becky; three brothers J.R., Ralph, and Fred Andes; two sisters, Eleanor Orpilla and Susan Domagas; three grandchildren, Jayme Dougard, Lauren Talbot, and Kristina Miranda; and one great-grandson Noah Dougard. Visitation will be from 3 to 7 pm, on Wednesday, March 16th, and from 9:30 to 10:45am on Thursday, March 17th at Manchester Memorial Funeral Home 28 Schoolhouse Rd, Whiting.
