Arminda DeSa, 75, of Whiting, passed away on Sunday, February 15, at Community Medical Center, Toms River. A funeral liturgy will be at 12 PM, on Thursday, February 19, at the All Saints Chapel at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church, Whiting, NJ.
