BARBARA FRANCES MOSER, 69, of Lakewood, passed away on Tuesday, February 12, at Ocean Medical Center, Brick. She was born in Queens, NY, and resided in Topeka, KS until she moved to Lakewood in 1987. She is survived by her mother Barbara Ritti, a daughter Cathy Keese, a son Michael Moser, one sister Anne T. Malcolm, and two grandchildren. A memorial mass will be held on Saturday, February 16, at 11:00am, at the All Saints Chapel at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church, 30 Schoolhouse Road, Whiting.
