Carmela Ball, 96, of Whiting, passed away Thursday, December 14, 2017 at Community Medical Center in Toms River. Carmela was born in Italy. She received her Bachelor of Science Degree and was a Licensed Practical Nurse at Montefiore Hospital in the Bronx, NY. Carmela was predeceased by her husband, Russell Ball. She is survived by her sister, Geraldine Phipps of Whiting. Burial of Carmela's cremains will be Tuesday, January 2, 2018 at Restland Memorial Park in East Hanover, NJ at 11:00 a.m.
