Carol Ann Jordan, age 75, of Whiting died Sunday Dec. 13, 2009 at home. Born in Chicago, IL, She lived in East Brunswick, and in Spring Hill before moving to Whiting in 1994. She was a homemaker. Carol Ann was a Member of the Safety Patrol, Residents Club, Decorating Committee, Line Dancing Club, and the Crestwood Chorus all of Crestwood Village VI. She was also a communicant of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton RC Church and a member of the Choir, Helping Hands and was a Eucharistic Minister. She is predeceased by her brother, Richard C. Shangraw. Surviving are her husband of 50 years, Robert C. Sr.; 2 daughters Frances Jane Mc Ninch of New Hope, PA and Lisa Sucena of Mastic Beach, LI, NY. 4 Sons; Christopher Paul of Panama City, FL; Robert Jr. of Jackson, NJ; Michael Edward of Newport News, VA.; and Patrick Brian of Navarre, FL. One brother; Robert D. Shangraw of Sun City Center, FL.; and her 11 grandchildren. A Funeral Liturgy will follow at 11 AM, in the All Saints Chapel of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church 30 Schoolhouse Rd. Whiting. A private Cremation will follow.
