CAROL ANN POWELL, 61, of Toms River, passed away on February 29, at Community Medical Center. Born in Lakewood and resided in Toms River. Carol enjoyed crafts and bowling. Carol is predeceased by her beloved husband Douglas, in 2003. She is survived by her daughter Kimberly and her husband Adam Zebrowski. Services are private and at the convenience of the family.
