Claire M. Roy, 52, of Hackettstown, passed away Monday, June 20, 2011 at Shore Memorial Hospital in Somers Point, NJ. Born in Elizabeth, she lived in Rockaway Twp. before moving to Hackettstown in 1987. Claire was a dental assistant at Hunterdon Developmental Center, Clinton, NJ. She was a member of Trinity United Methodist Church, Hackettstown. She was predeceased by her brother, Joseph in 1962. She is survived by her husband of 31 years, Robert T. Roy; two children, Thomas Roy of Bridgeton and Katie Roy of Hackettstown; her parents, Dominick and Audrey Berloco of Whiting; one brother and sister-in-law, Anthony and Diane Berloco of Cranbury; one sister and brother-in-law, Mary Lynn and John Ternes of Milltown; two nieces, Alison and Abbey and one nephew, Anthony Joseph. Visitation will be Thursday, June 23rd from 2 to 4 p.m. at Manchester Memorial Funeral Home, 28 Schoolhouse Road, Whiting. A funeral service will be held at 3:30 p.m. at the funeral home.
