DEBORAH "Debbie" SINNOTT, 53, of Whiting, MANCHESTER, died Tuesday, October 23, at Community Medical Center in Toms River. She participated in the Easter Seals Adult Training Program at Lacey for many years. Born in Orange, she lived in Maywood before moving to Whiting in 1976. She was predeceased by her father, Sylvester, in 1986. Surviving are her mother, Marie; brother and sister-in-law, David and Frances Sinnott; two sisters and brothers-in-law, Ellen and Paul Balich and Joyce and Gerald Caci; eight nieces and nephews and fourteen great nieces and nephews. A Mass of Christian burial will be offered 10 a.m., Saturday in the All Saints Chapel of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church, 30 Schoolhouse Road, Whiting. Entombment will follow in St. Joseph Cemetery, Toms River. Arrangements are under the direction of Manchester Memorial Funeral Home, Whiting.
