Dorothy E. Casper, 86, of Whiting, passed away Thursday, September 29, 2016 at Community Medical Center in toms River. She was a communicant of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church, Whiting. Dorothy was predeceased by her son, Richard Casper. She is survived by her dear friend, Grace Johnston of Whiting. A Memorial Mass will be offered on Wednesday, Oct. 5th at 10:45 a.m. at the All Saints Chapel of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church, 30 Schoolhouse Road, Whiting. Inurnment will follow at the chapel. Donations in her memory may be made to St. Jude Childrens' Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105-1942.
