Dorothy M. FitzGerald 95 of Whiting, died Saturday at Fountain View Care Center, Lakewood. Born in Yonkers, NY, she lived in Chatham, Madison, and Colts Neck, prior to moving to Whiting in 1998. She worked for Bell Labs in Murray Hill and Holmdel for 32 years retiring in 1976. She was a member of the Pioneers of America; and a communicant of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton RC Church, Whiting. Dorothy was predeceased by her husband Joseph in 1998. She is survived by her sister-in-law Barbara McCallen and several nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends may call Tuesday, March 9, 2010 from 2 to 4pm at Manchester Memorial Funeral Home, 28 Schoolhouse Road, Whiting. A funeral service will follow at 4pm. at the funeral home.
