Eleanor Helen Kutcher, 82, of WHITING died Saturday at Whiting Health Care Center. Born in Perth Amboy, she lived there before moving to Whiting in 2003. Eleanor worked as a telephone operator with NJ Bell for 32 years. She was a communicant of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton RC Church, Whiting. She was predeceased by her parents John and Tessie Kutcher, two brothers, John and Edward, a sister Stefana Galvin; 2 nieces and one nephew. Surviving are her sister Mary Dressler of Whiting, 10 nieces and 8 nephews. Arrangements are by Manchester Memorial Funeral Home, Whiting, NJ. Manchestermemorial. net
