Elinor F. Ryan, 92, of Manahawkin, passed away Tuesday, May 26, 2009 at Southern Ocean Nursing and Rehab Center in Stafford Township. She was born in Newark and lived in Springfield, Holiday, FL and Bayville before moving to Manahawkin. She was a Registered Nurse at Presbyterian Hospital, Newark. Elinor was predeceased by her husband, James, in 1979. She is survived by three grandchildren, Karen L. Moody, John A. Kellner and James Scott Kellner and six great-grandchildren. Visitation will be Thursday from 7 to 7:45 p.m. at Manchester Memorial Funeral Home, 28 Schoolhouse Road, Whiting, followed by a service at 7:45 p.m. at the funeral home.
