Emilio Gerbasio, 82, of Whiting, passed away Friday, October 21, 2016 at Community Medical Center in Toms River. Emilio was born in Brooklyn, NY and lived his last years in Whiting. He was a draftsman for Foster Wheeler in Clinton, NJ. He was a communicant of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church, Whiting. Emilio is survived by his beloved wife, Kathleen Gerbasio; two children, Roseanne Wriedt and Thomas Gerbasio; two sisters, Lucy Corbisiero and Elvira Biancomano and three grandchildren. Visitation will be Sunday, Oct. 23rd from 1 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. at Manchester Memorial Funeral Home, 28 Schoolhouse Road, Whiting. A Funeral Liturgy will be offered Monday, Oct. 24th at 10:45 a.m. at the All Saints Chapel of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church, Whiting. Interment will follow at St. Mary of the Lake Cemetery, Lakewood.
