Emily Janelli, 104, of Whiting, passed away Friday, April 27, 2012 at Green Acres Manor Nursing Home in Toms River. Born in Manhattan, NY, she lived in Bronx, NY and then Whiting for 15 years before moving to Toms River. She was a communicant of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church, Whiting. She was predeceased by her husband, Harvey in 1948. She is survived by three children, Ronald Janelli and his wife, Phyllis of New City, NY, Patricia Janelli of Whiting and Harvey Janelli, Jr. and his wife, Sherry of Henderson, NV; five grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Visiting hours will be Wednesday, May 2nd from 2 to 5 pm at Manchester Memorial Funeral Home, 28 Schoolhouse Road, Whiting. A Funeral Liturgy will be offered at 10:45 am, Thursday, May 3rd at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church, 30 Schoolhouse Road, Whiting. Interment will follow at St. Raymond's Cemetery, Bronx, NY.
