Ernest Voss, 77, of Whiting, passed away Tuesday, February 16, 2017 at Whiting Healthcare. Born in Paterson, NJ, he lived in Bayville before moving to Whiting in 2014. Ernest was a refrigeration repair mechanic. He was a member of Faith Community United Methodist Church in Bayville. Ernest was predeceased by his foster parents. He is survived by his fianc, Patricia Rotondo of Bayville; a sister, Alice La Point and her husband, Robert of Whiting; one aunt, Dorothy David of Toms River; a niece, Anisa Mainiero; a nephew, William Tinsley; his foster siblings, Eileen and Robert Scribner; two great-nieces; two great-nephews and several cousins. A Memorial Services will be held Saturday, February 25th at 11 a.m. at Christ Evangelical Church, 300 Schoolhouse Rd, Whiting.
