Frances R. Palmisano, passed away February 15. She is survived by her two daughters, Rose Palmisano and Angela Puzycki; four grand-children; five great grand-children; beloved nephew Fred DeSiano and his family, and as well as many other nieces and nephews. Visitation will be from 9-11:00 AM, Friday with a service at 11:00 AM at Manchester Memorial Funeral Home, 28 Schoolhouse Road, Whiting. Interment to follow at Bay View Cemetery, Jersey City, NJ.
