Henrietta A. Nefzger (nee Minerley), 88, of Whiting, passed away Saturday, February 2, 2013 at home. She was born on Hoefleys Lane in Fort Lee, NJ and lived in Teaneck, NJ before moving to Whiting in 1976. She was a customer service representative for New Jersey Bell Telephone Co., Hackensack, NJ for 30 years. Henrietta was a member of the Reformed Church, Bergenfield, NJ. She was predeceased by her first husband, William Goetzl in 1967, her second husband, Hans Nefzger in 2000 and 13 siblings. She is survived by two step-children and many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews. Entombment and a funeral service will take place at 1 p.m., Wednesday, Feb. 6th at Hackensack Cemetery, Hackensack, NJ. In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105-1942.
