IRENE B. MADERSKY, 85, of Whiting, Manchester Twp, passed away on Saturday, March 15, at Twin Bridges of Whiting. She was born and raised in Ashley, PA. She lived in Forked River, before moving to Whiting in 1999. Irene was a member of the Rosary Altar Society and the Knights of Columbus Auxiliary of St. Pius X Church, Forked River. She was a communicant of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church, Whiting. Irene is survived by her loving husband of 62 years, Thomas Madersky; one son Thomas R. Madersky and his wife Lee Anne of Union, CT; two brothers Joseph Balun of Cedar Grove, NJ, and Al Balun of Swoyerville, PA; one sister, Agnes Duval of Toms River; and three grandchildren Thomas J. Makoid, Katherine Madersky, and Joseph Madersky. Relatives and friends may call from 9:00-9:45am on Tuesday, March 18, at Manchester Memorial Funeral Home 28 Schoolhouse Rd, Whiting, 08759. A funeral liturgy will be at 10:00am at the All Saints Chapel of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church, Whiting. Interment will follow at the Brig. General William C. Doyle Veterans Memorial Cemetery.
