Janet A. Kokoszka, 75, of Whiting, passed away Tuesday, May 20, 2014 at home. Born in New Brunswick,NJ, she lived in Spotswood, NJ before moving to Whiting in 2004. She was a secretary and administrative assistant for Dupont Corporation in Parlin, NJ. Janet was a communicant of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church, Whiting and the only President of the Knights of Columbus Ladies Auxiliary, Our Lady of the Pines Council #9852, Whiting. She was predeceased by her parents, Reno & Mary Casagrande. She is survived by three children, William L. Kokoszka of Spotswood, NJ, Jill Wozniak of Glendale, AZ and Douglas Kokoszka of Mesa, AZ; two sisters, Rose Pierre of Jamesburg, NJ and Joan Szeliga of Milltown, NJ and four grandchildren. Visitation will be from 5 to 9 p.m., Friday, May 23rd and from 9 a.m. to 10:30 a.m., Saturday, May 24th at Manchester Memorial Funeral Home, 28 Schoolhouse Road, Whiting. A Funeral Liturgy will follow at 10:45 a.m. at the All Saints Chapel of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church, Whiting.
