Joan Andrews, 86, of Whiting passed away on Monday, March 14, 2022 at home. Born in Hull, England, She lived in Canada before moving to the United States in 1959. Joan enjoyed knitting and gardening, and was both an avid reader, and an avid collector of garden gnomes. She loved to watch Downton Abbey, and was a longtime fan of the Godfather. Predeceased by her sister, Rita Fewkes, she is survived by her husband, David; her children, Fiona Collins and her husband Ned of South Orange, Nigel Andrews and his wife Kelly of Barnegat, and Celia Griffith and her husband David of Cedar Grove; and her grandchildren, Rachel and Zachary Andrews and Matthew Collins. A celebration of her life will be on Saturday April 23 at 11:00 am at St. James Church, 581 Valley Road, Upper Montclair, NJ.
