Joan Claire Cafaro, 74, of Crestwood Village V, of Whiting, Manchester, passed away on March 30, at home. Born in the Bronx, and resided in Brooklyn, before moving to Whiting in 1990. Joan is survived by her brother Charles Humbeutel, a sister Lila Helu, several nieces and nephews, and two great nephews.
