John J Botti, 63, of Whiting, passed away on July 9, 2024.

John was born in Queens, NY but lived in Somerset County, Seaside Park, Sanibel Island, and Fort Meyers before moving to Whiting in 2019 with his wife Deborah.

John was active in the NJ Beach Buggy Association and volunteered to help with beach cleanings. He loved going to Island Beach State Park with his wife, and he was a great fisherman. He enjoyed woodworking, demonstrating incredible craftsmanship in building and fixing anything. Additionally, John was an excellent chef, cooking his family many delicious meals. Above all, John was a devoted husband, father, and grandfather.

John is survived by his wife Deborah; his son Jared and his wife Heather; his grandson Jaxon; and his sister Sandra Adams.

Services for John will be private.
