John A. Sharkey, 53, of Kennedy Twp, PA, passed away on September 22, at home. John was predeceased by his mother Shelia Sharkey in 2008. He is survived by his wife, Kim; two daughters, Erin and Kaitlyn; a son, Ryan; his father Patrick Sharkey; and two sisters Mary Ann Arena and Carmel O'Connor. A gathering of family and friends will be held from 9 to 10:45 A.M. on Saturday, September 26th, at Manchester Memorial Funeral Home, 28 Schoolhouse Rd, Whiting. A memorial mass will follow at 11 A.M., at the All Saints Chapel at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church, Whiting.
