Josef Frank, 82, of Toms River, passed away on Tuesday, December 18, at Concord Healthcare in Lakewood. Born in Germany, emigrated to the United States in 1957, residing in South Plainfield, before moving to Toms River in 1989. He worked as a carpenter for many years. Josef is predeceased by his wife of 48 years, Lisbeth. Arrangements under the direction of Aaron Cremation Associates, Whiting.
