Joseph M. Esposito, 94, of Whiting, Manchester, passed away Monday, Feb. 2, at Community Medical Center in Toms River. He was born in Scranton, PA and lived in Raritan and Colorado before moving to Whiting in 1983. He worked for Johns-Manville Corp. as a Supervisor for 28 years, retiring in 1979. He was a member of the Old Guard Post #23 and the Crestwood Village VII Residents Club. He was predeceased by his wife, Edith in 2000; his son, Joseph, Jr. and his grandson, Michael Sunder, Jr. He is survived by his daughter, Joyce Walker and her husband, Richard of Bridgewater; his son-in-law, Michael Sunder, Sr.; his companion, Margaret Testa of Whiting; six grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. Interment will be 12:30 p.m., Tuesday, Feb. 17 at the Brig. Gen. William C. Doyle Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Wrightstown. Arrangements are under the direction of Aaron Cremation Associates, Inc., Whiting.
