Karen Wilson, 74, of Whiting, passed away Friday, May 4, 2018 at Community Medical Center in Toms River. Born in Newark, she lived in Belleville before moving to Whiting 15 years ago. Karen was a member of the Women's Club and a communicant of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church, Whiting. Karen is survived by her beloved husband, Leonard C. Wilson, Sr.; two sons, Leonard C. Wilson, Jr. of Whiting and Brett Ernest Wilson of Oakland, CA; one sister, Patricia McCann; a godson, Tyler Moen and many nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends are invited to visit Sunday, May 6th from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. at Manchester Memorial Funeral Home, 28 Schoolhouse Road, Whiting. A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered Monday, May 7th at 10:45 a.m. at the All Saints Chapel of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church, Whiting. Interment will follow at St. Mary of the Lake Cemetery, Lakewood.
