Karin V. Mercy, 73, of Bayville, passed away Monday, March 2, 2015, at home. Born in Philadelphia, PA, she lived in Branchburg, NJ before moving to Bayville 10 years ago. Karin was a math/science teacher's aide at North Hunterdon High School. She was active in Women's Groups and was a soloist at her church in Philadelphia, PA. She was a member of Faith Community United Methodist Church in Bayville. Karin is survived by her husband of more than 50 years, Lee; four sons, Gary, Todd, Jonathan and Jeff; one brother, Gordon Lindblom; two sisters, Connie Eissler and Gail Fahy and eight grandchildren. Visitation will be Saturday, Mar. 7th from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m. at Manchester Memorial Funeral Home, 28 Schoolhouse Rd., Whiting. A Funeral Service will follow at 2 p.m. at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, The Johns Hopkins Kimmel Cancer Center or Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center.
