Laurence "Larry" Arico of Whiting New Jersey, passed in his home on August 8, 2022 at the age of 95. A World War II Veteran Laurence was married to the love of his life Peggy for 53 years, who pre-deceased him in August of 2007. Laurence worked as a Salesman for National Vendors of South Carolina for 30 years, and is proud to have served as both a Councilman and Mayor for Mt. Arlington, NJ during the 1970s and 1980s. Laurence is survived by his children: Denise Munday and her husband Bill of Wharton, NJ; Diane Urbanowicz and her husband Lenny of Kinnelon, NJ; Larry Arico and his wife Kim of Saline, MI. Laurence is also survived by his (8) grandchildren: Jennifer, Lindsey, Jamie, Paul, Tom, Trevor, Emma & Cecilia and (4) great-grandchildren: Carolyn, Lily, John & Henry. He is also survived by his "baby" sister: Mary DelMare. Laurence was pre-deceased by his younger sister Frances and younger brother Gaetano. The Amedisys Foundation provides financial assistance to home health, hospice and personal care patients during a difficult time.
