Linda Felicia Quail Roberts, 76, passed away at her home in Whiting, NJ on January 15th, 2024. She was born in Yonkers, NY on June 7th, 1947 to Josephine Ruggiero Quail and Domenic Quail. She proudly put herself through nursing school and served patients in New York and New Jersey for decades. Linda married John "Jack" Roberts, PhD in 1970. Together, they had three children: Michelle, John, and Louis. Linda and Jack divorced in 1994. She was in a relationship with Helge Nilsen from 1995 until her death.

She was a gregarious extrovert who made friends wherever she went. Linda loved to travel and visited the Caribbean, Florida, England, Mexico, and Italy. She was a fan of Rod Stewart; seeing him in concert was one of her fondest memories. Linda volunteered with the retired nurse's group and was always happy to check blood pressure if needed.

She is survived by her daughter, Michelle Roberts of Browns Mills, NJ; son Louis Roberts of Whiting, NJ; granddaughter Carlin Roberts of Forked River, and long-time beau Helge Nilsen of Whiting. Linda was predeceased by both parents, son John, brother Guy, and former husband Jack.

Viewing will be Wednesday, 01/17/24 at 9.30 am at Manchester Memorial Funeral Home in Whiting, with a funeral mass to follow at 10.45 am in the chapel of Saint Elizabeth Ann Seton Church, also in Whiting.
