Margaret E O'Neill, 86, of Whiting passed away Thursday, April 6, 2017 at Community Medical Center, Toms River, NJ. She was born and raised in Elizabeth, NJ, living there most of her life, before moving to Whiting in 2003. She worked for Elizabeth General Hospital for 41 years retiring in 1992. Margaret was predeceased by her beloved husband, Howard II, of 47 years in 1991. She is survived by her son, Howard and his wife, Maryellen O'Neill, of Barnegat, NJ; daughter, Katherine and her husband, Louis Panetta, of Roselle Park, NJ; 7 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. Visitation will be Sunday, April 9th, from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm at Manchester Memorial Funeral Home, 28 Schoolhouse Rd, Whiting. A service will be held at the funeral home Sunday, April 9th at 4:30 pm.
