Marie Irene Guarino, 81, of Whiting, passed away Tuesday, December 15, 2020 at Community Medical Center in Toms River, NJ. Born and raised in Queens, NY, she lived in Staten Island, NY from 1986 before moving to Whiting 5 years ago. Marie was an executive secretary for Pfizer Pharmaceuticals in Manhattan, NY. She was a communicant of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church in Whiting. Marie was predeceased by her beloved husband, Anthony Guarino in 1990; her brother, Frank Carasso amd her sister, Irene Pattitucci. She is survived by two daughters, Joanne Azzaro of Monroe Twp, NJ and Lisa Guarino of Lake Worth, FL; one sister, Margaret Velez of South Ozone Park, Queens, NY and three grandchildren, Anthony Galan and Natalie and Jenna Azzaro.
