Marilyn L. Baer, 87, of Whiting, passed away peacefully on Saturday, March 19th at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital in New Brunswick. Born in Hackensack, Marilyn lived in Fairlawn for many years. After retiring from Macy's, Paramus, in 1994, she settled in Whiting in 1995, and was an active volunteer at the Whiting Food Pantry. Marilyn enjoyed tennis, pickle ball and spending quality time with her family and friends. She is predeceased 2014 by her husband of 57 years, Walter. She is survived by her three loving daughters, Arlene Meola and her husband Tony; Diane O'Day and her husband Shaun; Patti Pavoni and her husband Dave; Her cherished grandchildren David and his wife Kari; Anthony and his wife Christine; Kali; Shannon; and Jake. A Memorial Visitation will be held on Tuesday, March 29, 2022. From 10am - 12pm at Manchester Memorial Funeral Home, 28 Schoolhouse Rd Whiting. Internment will follow at Brig. Gen. W. C. Doyle Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Arneytown.
