Marilyn Koehl, 75, of Whiting, passed away Wednesday, April 16, 2014 at Whiting Healthcare Center. She was born in Hoboken and lived there and in Secaucus before moving to Whiting in 1997. Marilyn was a saleswoman for Silver Threads Clothing Store in Whiting. She was a communicant of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church, Whiting. She is survived by her husband of 54 years, Thomas J. Koehl; three children, Thomas J., Esq. and his wife, Colleen of West Carteret, Karen Ann Bennett and her husband, James of Lakewood and John and his wife, Michelle of Freehold; three grandchildren, Thomas Joseph, III, Julianna and Jefferey Koehl and two step-grandchildren, Gabriella and Dillon Pellecchia. Visitation will be Monday, April 21st from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. at Manchester Memorial Funeral Home, 28 Schoolhouse Road, Whiting. A Funeral Service will be held at 3:30 p.m. at the funeral home.
