Marna Joanne Borras, 64, of Lakewood, passed away Wednesday, May 18, 2016 at Ocean Medical Center in Brick. Born in Paterson, she lived in Somerville before moving to Lakewood 31 years ago. Marna received her Bachelors Degree in Sociology from Caldwell College in Caldwell, NJ and her Masters Degree in Counseling Psychology from Georgian Court University in Lakewood, NJ. She was a Psychotherapist at Children's Specialized Hospital in Toms River for the last 15 years. Marna is survived by her beloved husband of 43 years, Gregory Borras, Sr.; one daughter, Kimberly Ann Borras; one son, Gregory Borras, Jr. and one grandson, Julian Frazer. Visitation will be Sunday, May 22nd from 3 to 6 p.m. at Manchester Memorial Funeral Home, 28 Schoolhouse Rd., Whiting. A Funeral Liturgy will be offered Monday, May 23rd at 10:45 a.m. at the All Saints Chapel of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church, Whiting. Interment will follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery in Totowa.
