Mary Crapis, 85, of Whiting, passed away Saturday February 26, 2011 at Community Medical Center. Born in Perugia, Italy she immigrated to the US when she was 8 years old. She lived in Queens, NY before moving to Whiting 25 years ago. Mary worked in the garment industry, also as a librarian at Crestwood Village VI. She was predeceased by his brother, Robert Bartoletti. She is survived by her husband of 62 years, Gaetano; her son Nicholas; her brother, Felix Bartoletti; and her sister, Siria Jadick. A funeral service will be held at Manchester Memorial Funeral Home Tuesday March 1 at 9:30 AM. Interment will following at Brig. Gen. William C Doyle Veterans Cemetery, Arneytown, NJ.
