Mary A. Marx passed away on January 25, 2026. Born to parents Vincent and Mildred Lepiscopo, in Newark, NJ. Mary grew up and raised her own family in Old Bridge. In 2003 she moved "down the shore" with her loving husband, Bobby.

Mary was a Registered Nurse and graduate of the Charles E. Gregory School of Nursing. She spent most of her career as a Recovery Room nurse at Raritan Bay Medical Center. After moving to Ocean County, she completed her nursing career as an Emergency Room nurse at Southern Ocean Medical Center in Manahawkin. She was compassionate and cared deeply about her patients and work.

Mary was a dedicated wife and mother. She was the first to volunteer as girl scout leader, class mom, backstage parent and loved being a "dance mom". She was an excellent cook, and always had an extra spot at the table for a friend or family member. She loved to entertain and host holidays - Christmas being her favorite. She loved the beach and could spend endless hours in the sun with her feet in the sand. Her favorite vacations were those spent in Aruba with her husband, Bobby. She loved to go shopping with her daughter, Melissa, and was always dressed from head to toe - especially for her many trips to Atlantic City! She was a loving "Gram" who was deeply supportive and proud of her grandsons.

Mary was predeceased by her parents, Vincent and Mildred, and her brother, John. She is survived by her loving husband of over 50 years, Robert (Bobby); her daughter, Melissa Kaiser; her grandchildren, Maxwell and Wyatt Kaiser; her niece, Larisa; and her sisters, Roseanne and Annabelle.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 7, 2026, from 1:00 to 3:30 p.m. at Manchester Memorial Funeral Home, located at 28 Schoolhouse Road, Whiting, NJ and 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. at Pines Village 509 Route 530, Whiting, NJ.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made in Mary's name to the nursing staff at Pines Village, where Mary was so lovingly cared for in her final years.
