Mildred "Millie" Magliocchetti, 87, of Whiting, passed away on Friday, January 3, 2020 at Community Medical Center in Toms River. Born in Passaic, NJ, she lived in Rutherford, NJ before moving to Whiting. Mildred was a Licensed Practical Nurse and caregiver. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and sister. Mildred was a devout Catholic and a very active communicant of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church in Whiting. She was a member of the church's Altar Rosary Society and made Rosary Beads. Mildred was predeceased by one brother and two sisters. She is survived by her beloved husband of 53 years, Lorenzo "Larry" Magliocchetti; her son and daughter-in-law, Lawrence "Larry" G. and Laura Magliocchetti; her sister, Lena Petro and three grandchildren, Mary, Lawrence W. and Phillip Magliocchetti. A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered on Thursday, Jan. 9th at 10:45 a.m. at the All Saints Chapel of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church, Whiting. Interment will be Monday, Jan. 13th at 11 a.m. at Brig. Gen. William C. Doyle Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Arneytown.
