Pamela Ann Sroczynski (nee Tordik), 62, passed away on October 10, 2024 surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Elizabeth and raised in Roselle Park prior to settling in Whiting in 2019 with her husband, John. She was a 1980 graduate of Roselle Park High School and attended Union County College prior to becoming a certified dental assistant.

Pam worked as a data entry clerk at Pathmark for over ten years prior to working as a dental assistant until her retirement, but she was happiest when taking care of her loving family at home. Pam was an avid reader, baker, theater, and movie lover who enjoyed traveling. Whether taking a day trip to the beach or farm or indulging in a London vacation, she embraced every moment in the local culture. She was an active parishioner of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church in Whiting and St. Mary's Church in Barnegat. She also served in the American Legion Auxiliary, Knights of Columbus Auxiliary, the Women's Club, and the Residents Club of Crestwood Village III.

Pamela is predeceased by her parents John and Arlene Tordik and her beloved dog, Rusty. She is survived by her husband of over 30 years, John P. Sroczynski; her son Peter J. Sroczynski and her sisters Dr. Patricia Tordik (Dr. Michael Steinle) of Spring Lake and Jacqueline Tordik (Jason Briggs) of Northport, NY.

A Memorial Service will be held on October 15, 2024, from 1:00 - 3:00 pm and 5:00 - 7:00 pm at Manchester Memorial Funeral Home, 28 Schoolhouse Road, Whiting NJ 08759.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered on October 16, 2024, at 10:45 at the All Saints Chapel, 30 Schoolhouse Road, Whiting NJ 08759. The interment will be private.
