Raymond Galladay, Jr., 52, of Whiting, passed away Friday, August 19, 2011. Mr. Galladay was born in Newark and lived in Harrison before moving to Whiting. He was a salesman at Worthington Pump Corp., Harrison for 17 years. He was a basketball coach for the Youth League and baseball coach for the Little League, both, in Harrison.
He is survived by his mother, Lorraine Galladay; one brother, Lawrence and his wife, Mary; two sisters, Mary L. Galladay and her husband, John Coughlin and Colleen Dolaghan and her husband, Mark and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be from 3 to 8 p.m., Sunday, August 21 and from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m., Monday, August 22, at Manchester Memorial Funeral Home, 28 Schoolhouse Road, Whiting. A Funeral Liturgy will follow at 10:45 a.m. at the All Saints Chapel of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church, Whiting.
