Rita Compter, 86, of Whiting, passed away Tuesday, May 26, 2015 at AristaCare at Whiting. Born in Boston, MA, she lived in Clifton, NJ for many years and Little Falls, NJ before moving to Whiting in 1965. Rita was an administrative supervisor at Paco Pharmaceuticals, Lakewood, NJ before retiring. She was a communicant of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church, Whiting. Rita was predeceased by her husband, Robert J. Compter in 2007. A Memorial Mass will be offered Tuesday, June 16, 2015 at 10:45 a.m. at the All Saints Chapel of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church, 30 Schoolhouse Rd., Whiting. Arrangements are under the direction of Manchester Memorial Funeral Home, Whiting.
