Robert G. Casper, 66, passed away on February 27, 2024. He was born in Allentown, PA to parents Louis and Kathleen Casper. Robert lived in Matawan before living in Middletown for twenty-three years. He settled in Whiting with his wife, Kathleen in 2021.

Robert worked in the construction trade building both new construction and rehabing old for over 30 years. He loved the challenge and found joy in his ability to share his knowledge and creativity. He also enjoyed boating, fishing, and spending time with family, friends, and his dogs. Robert had a great sense of humor and a special kindness for others. Robert never placed judgment on anyone, he was always willing to help a person in need. He was a member at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church.

He is predeceased by his parents Louis and Kathleen Casper, and his late brother Stephen Casper. Robert is survived by his wife Kathy; his sons, Robert Jr. and his wife Grace Casper his son Joseph Casper and his wife Michelle Connolly; his brother Louis Casper and his wife Michelle Reynolds; and his grandchildren Colin and Dylan Casper.

On Monday, March 4th, 2024 a Visitation will be held from 4:00 - 7:00 pm at Manchester Memorial Funeral Home, 28 Schoolhouse Road Whiting, NJ 08759.

A Mass will be offered on Tuesday, March 5th, 2024, at 10:45, at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church in the All Saints Chapel, 30 Schoolhouse Road Whiting, NJ 08759.

In lieu of flowers please make a donation in Robert's name to the Whiting Volunteer First Aid Squad, 82 Lacey Road, Whiting NJ.
